Polyetetrafluoroethylene - PTFE

Polytetrafluoroethylene – PTFE is a fluoropolymer.

 

It has remarkable chemical inertia, good electrical insulation, excellent thermal resistance. It is a non-stick material and it has good UV rays and weather resistance. PTFE can be used in the food and medical industry.

 

But it has high creep rate, hard implementation, impossible collage (or almost impossible), high density and it is expansive.

 

PTFE exists in the form of plates 1200x1200 mm, thickness 2 to 60 mm.

It also exists in the form of full snap rings, diameter 10 to 200 mm, length 1000 mm.
