Polyetheretherketone - PEEK

Polyetheretherketone – PEEK is a polyaryletherketone.

 

High rigidity and tensile strength, wide temperature range, very high deformation under heat and hydrolysis resistance, excellent fatigue and tribological behaviour (friction, wear), very good resistance to chemicals, good dimensional stability. Good reaction to fire.

 

Very expansive.

 

Their implementation requires to be at the limits of current machines, and they are sensitive to UV aging.

 

PEEK exists in the form of plates 2000x1000 mm, thickness 1 to 100 mm

Other sizes on request.

It also exists in the form of full snap rings, diameter 10 to 200 mm, length 3000 mm.
